STEP 1. SUBMIT A REQUEST
Go to My Account, then go to your orders and find the order that you would like to return, click on the button “Refund” and fill the form
STEP 2. RECEIVE RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Wait for an approval. The approval email can take from 1 to 2 days.
STEP 3. SHIP IT BACK
Include the order number on the outside of the package and be sure to obtain a tracking number from your shipping company.

Items must be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt of order and must be in as-new condition, complete with all parts, packaging and accessories as sold originally (the only exception is for products that have been opened but are proven to be defective). Items ordered incorrectly may be subject to a re-stocking charge of up to 20%.
STEP 4. RECEIVE REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
Once the product is received your refund would be issued within 48 hours or a replacement shipped.
Kitt, Nicholson & Associates Inc. (KNA Supply) guarantees the salability of all qualifying Pro-Shop products purchased and shipped from our warehouse.
If any qualified product fails to sell within 12 months’ time, you may return it to us for an exchange or for credit to your account.
All Pro-Shop returns exchanged for other Pro-Shop items will receive a 100% credit off your next invoice.
All Pro-Shop returns exchanged for “Non-Pro-Shop” items will receive a 100% credit towards the client’s account and 20% off every Non-Pro- Shop invoice.
This will continue for every Non-Pro-Shop purchase made until the credit is exhausted. (S&R Fastener & IES Chemicals excluded.)
• If you return slow-moving Pro-Shop items equaling $200, KNA will give an even exchange for other Pro-Shop products equaling $200.00.
• If you return slow-moving Pro-Shop items equaling $200 and want to purchase Non-Pro-Shop items in its place, KNA Supply will give 20% off the total invoice for those items and will continue to do so until the original credit has been exhausted.
All returned items must be in saleable condition and in the original packaging. Any returned item that is deemed non-salable or is found to be without the original packaging may not be eligible for credit. These items will be returned with your next order. The only exception will be for product found to be defective. All returned items require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Any item returned to KNA Supply that has had its packing altered (additional stickers, pen markings, additional price tags etc.) will not be eligible for return or may incur a 50% restocking and liquidation fee.
Displays, hardware and sales paraphernalia purchased from KNA Supply are not returnable nor refundable.
To return items, please call Customer Service at 352-351-1170 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
For accounts with an outside Sales Representative, your sales representative has the ability to process returns on your behalf.
