PRO-SHOP RETURNS (continued)
Items to be returned should be carefully packed and
include an RMA # and itemized list. Please include your
account name, contact name, contact email address and
complete address of your location. Credit will be issued after verification of returned merchandise has been
performed.
Blue Mountain Arts displays & products are Special Order and non-returnable.
Product returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All returns will receive credit on account only. No cash refunds will be issued. No deduction from any invoice
or statement is allowed for returned products.
Our Pro-Shop guaranteed sale policy will remain in effect as long as you, our client is actively purchasing from
KNA Supply.
Our return policy is subject to amendment without prior notice.
PRO-SHOP PRICING
• All Pro-Shop pricing is contained online or in our pricing guide.
• We do our very best to maintain our pricing for the duration
of this catalog. We may, however, out of necessity, need to
adjust our pricing during the year. We will keep you informed if there happens to be a change in
price.
• All orders will be invoiced at the prevailing price at the time
of shipping.
• We offer volume discounts on all of our Pro-Shop merchandise. Please contact our office or
your local sales representative for more details.
FREIGHT
• Freight is prepaid on all orders of $299.00 or more in the state of Florida and $399.00 or more in
GA., AL. & SC. All other states will be charged actual freight at the time of shipping. Freight prepaid does
not apply to retail displays, Hazmat products or any product needing to be Palletized. Freight for these
products will be invoiced at the time of shipping.
• No minimum order for Will Call clients.
• Minimum order of $50.00 for Ship To and Delivery clients. Orders Under the Minimum may have
a service charge of $5.00 added. Drop ship orders under the minimum may have a service charge
of $5.00 added.
• We ship via USPS/FEDEX ground only within the contiguous United States.
GUARANTEED SALES

KNA Supply guarantees the sale of every Pro-Shop product that we offer with the exception of special order
or custom made items. If you find a product does not sell, you may return it to us for a credit to your Account.
Products that we price have a 12 month window of return. Individual and Bulk Pro-Shop products that are
purchased from us but are not priced by us have a 3 month window of return and are subject to a 25%
restocking fee.
GENERAL DISCLAIMER
At KNA Supply, we pride ourselves on selecting the the best possible products at the best possible prices and
we will do everything in our power to maintain both the product selection and pricing for the duration of this
catalog. Due to market fluctuations and forces beyond our control, we must inform you that both our product
selection and our pricing are subject to change without notice.
KNA Supply cannot be held liable for any typographical errors in this catalog or in our price sheet. We will
correct any mistakes promptly once we are made aware they exist. Product pictures in this catalog are only a
