PAYMENT TERMS
       •     New customer accounts are prepay for their first
       order.
       •     Net 30-day terms (open account) with the approval of a signed and completed credit application. 2%
       early pay - 15 days from invoice.
       •     All wholesale accounts require a State Resale Certificate to be on file.
       •     We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express at the time of purchase with signed credit
       card authorization form. No Credit Card use is allowed to pay off statement.
   RETURNS

   Please return all products to the following address:

   To  return  products,  please  call  Customer  Service  at  352-351-1170  and  request  a  Return  Merchandise
   Authorization (RMA).
   Include the RMA number on the outside of the package and be sure to obtain a tracking number from your
   shipping company.
   Return items must be shipped prepaid (except in the case of a wrong item shipped). We suggest you ship the
   products to us in their original packaging and insure the shipment. Please understand that KNA Supply cannot
   be held responsible for loss or damage during return shipment to our company.
   Items must be returned within thirty (30) days (except Pro-Shop items, please see below) of receipt of order
   and must be in as-new condition, complete with all parts, packaging and accessories as sold originally. The
   only exception is for products that have been opened but are proven to be defective. Items ordered incorrectly
   may be subject to a re-stocking charge of up to 25%.
   Returned items can not include any additional tags or marking on the original packaging. If any original
   packaging is altered in any way, there may be a restocking fee of 25%-75%. In severe instances of package
   damage, there may be no credit issued. The product will then be returned to the client.
   All returns will receive credit on account only, no cash refunds will be issued. No deduction from any invoice
   or statement is allowed for returned Products.
   PRO-SHOP RETURNS
   Kitt, Nicholson & Associates Inc. (KNA Supply) guarantees the salability of all qualifying Pro-Shop products
   purchased and shipped from our warehouse. If any qualified product fails to sell within 12 months time, you
   may return it to us for an exchange or for credit to your account.
   All Pro-Shop returns exchanged for other Pro-Shop items will receive a 100% credit off your next invoice.
   All Pro-Shop returns exchanged for "Non-Pro-Shop" items will receive a 100% credit towards the clients
   account and 20% off every Non-Pro-Shop invoice. This will continue for every Non-Pro-Shop purchase
   made until the credit is exhausted. (S&R Fastener & IES Chemicals excluded.)
       Example:
        •   If you return slow moving Pro-Shop items equaling $200, KNA will give an even
           exchange for other Pro-Shop products equaling $200.00.
        •   If you return slow moving Pro-Shop items equaling $200 and want to purchase Non-
           Pro-Shop items in its place, KNA Supply will give 20% off the total invoice for those
           items and will continue to do so until the original credit has been exhausted.
   All returned items must be in salable condition and in the original packaging. Any returned item that is
   deemed non-salable or is found to be without the original packaging may not be eligible for credit.
   These items will be returned with your next order. The only exception will be for product found to be defective.
   All returned items require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To return items, please call Customer
   Service at 352-351-1170 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
