All mail, fax, phone and online orders are processed for shipment immediately on receipt of order during normal business hours. Any orders received after hours or during non-business hours will be processed the following business day.
KNA delivers locally to the following counties in the state of Florida: Marion, Levy, Alachua, Putnam, Flagler, Volusia, Sumter, Lake, Seminole, Hernando, Orange, Brevard, Pasco, Polk, Osceola and Hillsborough. If you are located in one of these counties and would like for us to deliver items that are larger and more costly to ship, please choose this option at check out and we will contact you with the date when our trucks will be in your area for delivery.
On heavier/oversized & HAZMAT items, shipping charges will be calculated at the time of shipment. Only actual, incurred shipping charges are passed on to our clients. Any handling fees will be listed prior to checkout. Your actual shipping charges will vary based on the total weight of your order, your location and the shipping method chosen. Please select the “FREIGHT CHARGES” box to show that you are aware of this policy.
Free freight is $350.00 USPS Zones 1-4 (except HAZMAT & Oversized items). Minimum order is $50.00.
