STEP 1. SUBMIT A REQUEST

Click "Submit a Request" button below and fill the form

STEP 2. RECEIVE RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Wait for an email that will have the RMA Number and with the return address. 

STEP 3. SHIP IT BACK

Include the RMA number on the outside of the package and be sure to obtain a tracking number from your shipping company.

Return items must be shipped prepaid (except in the case of a wrong item shipped). We suggest you ship the products to us in their original packaging, and insure shipment. Please understand that KNA Supply cannot be responsible for loss or damage during return shipment to our company.

Items must be returned within thirty (30) days (except Pro-Shop items, please click here for more information) of receipt of order and must be in as-new condition, complete with all parts, packaging and accessories as sold originally (the only exception is for products that have been opened but are proven to be defective). Items ordered incorrectly may be subject to a re-stocking charge of up to 20%.

STEP 4. RECEIVE REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

Once the product is received your refund would be issued within 48 hours or a replacement shipped.
