Who is KNA Supply?

KNA Supply is a Florida based supplier of products and systems related to the automotive industry.

How do I set up an account to place an order online?

Simply click on the "REGISTER" link at the top right of the page. Once there, fill out the online form and one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you to verify your information and set up your account. You will receive an email when your account is activated. If you already have an account with us, your information and options will be available after you log in with you new password for this new site.


Once I have an account, how do I place an order online?

•Login using the "Login" or "My Account" links at the top of the page
•Add desired items to your cart. You will see the number of items in your cart and the running total cost of your items at the top of the page. At any time you can "mouse over" the cart and its contents will be viewable to you.
•When finished ordering, simply click on the "Check Out" link at the top of the page and you will be taken to check out where you confirm your shipping address, shipping method and then click submit. You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received.


I placed an order but I haven't received my confirmation email.

Should you not receive the email, check your junk email. To ensure you receive emails, be sure to add KNA SUPPLY to your contact list. If you do not receive an email confirmation, confirm your email address with us by either sending us a message at sales@knasupply.com or by calling us at 352-351-1170.


What if I can't remember my user ID or password?

Your email address is your user ID. Once your account is set up you cannot change your user ID.
If you forget your password simply click "Forgot Password" on the "Login Screen". You will be sent an email with instructions on how to reset a password for your account.


What if I want to change my password?

Login with your current password and go to "My Account". Click on the link "Change Your Password", enter your new password, confirm your new password and click the "Continue" button. Please remember to write your new password down.


How do I set up my Wish List?

Log in and visit your "My Account" page. If you previously set up and saved a "Wish List" it will be viewable on your "My Account" page under the link "Wish List". To add more items to your list, simply click "add to Wish List" while visiting a product page. To add items from your wish list to your shopping cart, visit your "My Account" page, click on the "Wish List link, select the item(s) that you would like to add to your shopping cart and click the "Cart" icon on the right-hand side of the item. To delete items from your wish list, visit your "My Account" page, click on the "Wish List" link, select the item that you would like to remove and click the red "X" on the right-hand side of the item.


What Credit Cards does KNA accept for purchases?

KNA accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express through PayPal.


Does KNA Supply warehouse all of the items advertised?

Yes. Every item in this catalog and most items on our website are warehoused at our facility in Ocala, Florida. The only product lines. We DO NOT warehouse are those that come from S&R Fastener & IES Chemicals.


Who is S&R Fastener and IES Chemicals?

S&R Fastener is a Florida Based supplier of automotive fasteners and IES Chemicals is a Florida based manufacturer of automotive related epoxies and chemicals. S&R Fastener and IES Chemicals sell their products through independent sales representatives in the state of Florida. KNA Supply is one of those representatives.


Do I need an account with S&R Fastener to purchase their products?

No, but having an account with S&R Fastener is advantageous. Having both KNA Supply and S&R Fastener behind your company gives you double the resources. KNA Supply and S&R Fastener have been proud partners in business for over a decade.


What is your Fast-Stack™ system?

KNA Supply invented the Fast-Stack™ System to do away with the wasted product, wasted time and wasted space that is so prevalent in the fastener & chemical industry. Fast-Stack™ is based on the Pareto Principle (also known as the 80/20 rule) which states that for many events, roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes. We feel that in the fastener and chemical business this principle has been largely overlooked. KNA Supply’s Fast-Stack™ System is designed to take advantage of the 20% of products that make up the 80% of your needs. Doing business in this way saves you - our client - money, time and space.


Does KNA Supply provide the bins and the products that come in your Fast-Stack systems?

No. The bins and the products that come in our Fast-Stack™ Modular bin Systems all currently come from S&R Fastener; KNA Supply only provides and maintains the system itself.


What is your Pro-Shop Program?

Our Pro-Shop Program was created to help you turn empty space inside your dealership, convenience store or car wash center into a retail powerhouse! We source and supply high impulse, name brand items that are guaranteed to sell! This helps you earn extra profit where none existed before. Please feel free to contact us for more information.


What if a Pro-Shop product doesn’t sell?

All of our Pro-Shop products (except custom & special orders) come with “Guaranteed Sale” protection. If a product we supply does not sell, you may return that product in the allotted time for a credit against your account. Please see our “Terms & Conditions” page for more information.


Do your Pro-Shop Products come already priced?

YES! All of our Pro-Shop products come priced unless otherwise specified. We also supply reorder tags for your convenience.


Is your Preventive Maintenance offering comprehensive?

YES! Our Preventive Maintenance program has all the necessary products to maintain your client's vehicle in the proper manner, and our sales and informational tools help you properly educate your client to help complete the transaction. Our Preventive Maintenance program is customized to each client's needs and from the product selection to the service menus, the program is 100% yours.
